What is Shiatsu ?
     
    Origin of the word: shi = finger and atsu = pressure.
    Shiatsu finds its origin in China and was formally established in Japan in the early 20th century.

    These are massages which consist on applying pressure with the palms and thumbs on the "meridiens" (energy paths or channels on the body). These pressures enable
    stretching and the release of tensions.
